This model features modular tooling for optimal tool allocation, achieving high productivity with the right tooling and machining patterns. High-speed spindle reduces the machining time by the optimum cutting speed. Excellent roundness without vibration during high-speed machining is achieved by TSUGAMI's unique chuck opening/closing mechanism. Chuck gripping force is numerically adjusted with air regulators so that the most suitable gripping force can be determined for thin workpiece. Full-closed loop control and properly placed linear guides ensure high precision fine shape machining. Reduces displacement from cold start or displacement by suspension, and stabilizes the dimensional accuracy in continuous operation. Space saving with 620mm depth is realized. Independent opposed tool post structure minimizes the idle time by calling the next tool on the other side tool post. Optimal live tools of front tool post suited for the workpiece can be selected.
